2004 JG6

JG6 2004 is the second known Apohele asteroid (after ( 163 693 ) Atira ). Its orbit lies entirely inside Earth's orbit. 2004 JG6 crosses the orbits of Venus and Mercury. Its orbital period is only 6 months. Thus, in 2004 JG6 the shortest known to us maturity of an asteroid. The semi-major axis of the web is smaller than that of the Venus; the average distance from the Sun is slightly larger due to the high eccentricity. The diameter of the asteroid is estimated at 500 to 1,000 meters.
