2005–06 Scottish Premier League

In the season 2005/06 Scottish Premier League Celtic Glasgow was Scottish soccer champion. Celtic Thus, qualified along with runner-up Heart of Midlothian, who had for the first time since 1995 prevented that Celtic and Rangers, the first two places allocated for the Champions League. The Rangers remained only the third place, thus qualifying for the UEFA Cup. Had to dismount the FC Livingston, who was replaced by the team FC St. Mirren.

Scorer Kris Boyd with 32 hits. In the first round he scored 15 goals for FC Kilmarnock. During the winter break Boyd joined Rangers for which he was successful in the second half for another 17 times.
