2005 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships
The 34th Canoe Sprint World Championships were held from 25th to 28th August, 2005 the Croatian city of Zagreb instead. The World Championships were organized by the International Canoe Federation (ICF).
A total of 27 competitions were held in the disciplines of canoe and kayak, with 18 for men and 9 for women only, because in them only kayak competitions were held. The distances of the races were 200 m, 500 m and 1000 m.
