2005 Veikkausliiga

The First Division in 2005 won for the first time in club history Myllykosken Pallo -47.

Even before the last game they had seven points clear of the immediate rivals HJK Helsinki, against which they then lost 1-0. The AC Allianssi from Vantaa received for the next season, no license more on suspicion of match-fixing in the 0:8 defeat against FC Haka.

Rovaniemi PS reached the 13th place in the 2005 season and joined so on 19 and 22 October 2005 compared to the second-placed Ykkönen, Vaasa PS on. Vaasa PS rose on the away goals rule in the First Division.
