2006–07 United Hockey League season
The 2006/07 season was the 16th regular season of the United Hockey League (until 1997 Colonial Hockey League). The ten teams completed in the regular season each 76 encounters. The point of best team in the regular season were the Fort Wayne Komets, while the Rockford IceHogs won the Colonial Cup in the play- offs for the first time.

- The Adirondack Frostbite stopped the game operation.
- The Danbury Trashers stopped the game operation.
- The Missouri River Otters stopped the game operation.
- The Motor City Mechanics stopped the game operation.
- The Roanoke Valley Vipers stopped the game operation.
- The Bloomington PrairieThunder were added as an expansion team in the league.
- The Richmond RiverDogs have been to Chicago, Illinois, moved and changed their name to Chicago Hounds.
