The Family Circle Cup 2006 was a tennis clay court tournament for women in Charleston. It was a tournament of the Tier I category of the WTA Tour in 2006. The tournament was held from 8 to 16 April 2006.
The finale in the single disputed Nadia Petrova and Patty Schnyder, Petrova won in three sets. In doubles, the pair Lisa Raymond and Samantha Stosur won in three sets against Virginia Ruano Pascual and Meghann Shaughnessy.
