2006 UCI ProTour
The UCI ProTour was a series of key staging and one-day races of road cycling. The annually discharged from the world of cycling body UCI ProTour by 2010 was in 2006 for the second time.

The Nations Cup Spain won ahead of Italy and was basically a mirror image of the season. It seems as if the Spaniards discovered for themselves the spring and autumn classics, while the Italians have more geschwächelt as classics specialist.
