2007–08 Czech Extraliga season

The season 2007/ 08 was the 15th regular hosting of the Czech Extraliga. In the playoff finals, the HC Slavia Prague set 4-3 against HC Energie Karlovy Vary and won the second Czech league title in club history. Last year climbers from the first league of the Czech Republic, the HC Slovan Ustecti Lvi, occupied only the last place in the relegation round of the Extraliga and therefore had to play against the champions of League 1 a relegation series.
