2007 Chennai Open
The Chennai Open 2007, a tennis tournament, which was held in Chennai from 1st to 7th January 2007. It was part of the ATP Tour in 2007 and was discharged on hard court. In single won the third Xavier Malisse laws, who succeeded the Croatian Ivan Ljubičić. In doubles, won the unseeded Belgian Xavier Malisse and Dick Norman duo that could prevail in the final against the unseeded and also started with a wildcard of the organizer Spanish double Rafael Nadal and Bartolomé Salvá -Vidal.
The field of individual petition consisted of 32 players, double that of the petition of 16 pairs. There was a prize of 416,000 U.S. $ pitted and Thomas Karlberg acted as supervisor of ATP.
