2007 Movistar Open

The Movistar Open 2007 was a tennis tournament, which was held in Viña del Mar from 29 January to 4 February 2007. It was part of the ATP Tour in 2007 and was discharged on clay court. In the same week the Millennium Tennis Championships and played in the PBZ Zagreb Zagreb Indoors Delray Beach that are ranked just like the Movistar Open to Category ATP World Tour 250.

Defender of the single was José Acasuso, who could not defend the title defense antrat.seinen title this year. The field of the individual competition consisted of 24 players for a round-robin system competed in a preliminary round in eight groups of 3 players against each other. The Movistar Open was one of only five tournaments on the ATP Tour, which was carried out next to the Tennis Masters Cup in 2007 in a system with preceding group stage. It was the last season in which such a group stage took place in tournaments outside the tour finale.
