2007 Super 14 season
The 2007 season was the second edition of Super 14 rugby union competition with 14 franchise teams from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa ( from 1996 to 2005 was called the Super 12 competition ).
The season began on February 2, 2007 and ended with the final on 19 May 2007. A total of 94 matches were played, each team round-robin against the 13 other teams fought out. It was followed by two semi-finals and eventually the finals. Masters were the Bulls from the South African city of Pretoria for the first time; it was also the first title of a South African team.

- 4 points for a win
- 2 points for a draw
- 0 points for a loss (before possible bonus points )
- 1 bonus point for four or more successful attempts, regardless of the Final
- 1 bonus point for a loss by fewer than seven points difference
