The 2007 season was the 21st season of the United Soccer Leagues season. The season started on Friday 13 April, the game Puerto Rico Islanders FC against last year's runner Rochester Raging Rhinos.

- Two new teams were playing with in the First Division: California Victory from San Francisco, CA and Carolina RailHawks FC from Cary, NC.
- Virginia Beach Mariners was dissolved.
- Toronto Lynx move to the Premier Development League ( PDL).
- Three new clubs taking part in the Second Division: Bermuda Hogges from Hamilton, Bermuda, Cleveland City Stars and Crystal Palace Baltimore.
- Long Iceland Roughriders change in the PDL.
- Pittsburgh Riverhounds take a break.
