2008 Copa Libertadores

The Copa Libertadores 2008, starting this year due to a new sponsorship agreement, the banking group Santander and Santander Libertadores Cup was the 49th edition of the most important South American football competition for club teams. Mode

Qualification

Final

The final of the Copa Libertadores was played in home and away matches, in contrast to the rest of the tournament on away goals rule was overridden. The final was also the only round in which there was an extension.
