2009–10 AL-Bank Ligaen season

The 2009/10 season was the third season of the Elite series under the name AL-Bank Ligaen, and thus host the 25th highest Danish Hockey League. The league consisted of nine teams, including the defending champion SønderjyskE Ishockey who could defend his title successfully and celebrate his sixth championship.

Participant

After Totempo HvIK had retired the previous season due to the insolvency of its main sponsor his team in the second round, its successor club, Hvidovre Hockey League took from the season 2009/10 part in the game mode. For relegated last season, the Hornets Herlev, there was no replacement, as all teams from the first division gave up the climb.

Quarterfinals

The quarter-final matches have been played in the " Best of Seven" mode and took place from 5 to 20 March 2010.

Semifinal

The semi-finals were held in the " Best of Seven" mode and took place from 23 March to 1 April 2010.

Games for 3rd place

The games for 3rd place were played in two games with back and leg and took place on 9 and 10 April 2010.

Final

The finals were held in the " Best of Seven" mode and took place from 9 to 18 April 2010.
