2009–10 EHF Cup

At the EHF Cup 2009/10 took part 56 handball club teams who were able to in the previous season in their home countries qualify for the competition. It was the 29th edition of the EHF Cup. The Cup games began on 5 September 2009 return final round was held on May 22, 2010. Defending champion was the German club VfL Gummersbach.

Round 1

It was attended by 16 teams, who had previously qualified for the competition. The draw for the first round took place at 11:00 clock (GMT 2) in Vienna on 21 July 2009. The first legs took place on 5./6./12. September 2009. The second legs were held on 6./11./12./13. September 2009.

Round 2

It took the 8 winners of the first round, the 9 second, third and fourth -placed Champions League qualification and 15 teams who had previously qualified for the competition, in part. The draw for the second round took place at 11:00 clock (GMT 2) in Vienna on 21 July 2009. The first legs took place on 8.-11./13./17. October 2009. The second legs were held on 10./11./14./17./18. October 2009.

Round 3

It took the 16 winners from the second round and the 16 teams who had previously qualified for the competition, in part. The draw for the third round took place at 11:00 clock (GMT 2) in Vienna on 20 October 2009. The first legs took place on 13.-15./17. November 2009. The second legs were held on 15./21./22. November 2009.

Round 4

It was attended by the 16 winners from the third round. The draw for the fourth round took place at 11:00 clock (GMT 2) in Vienna on November 24, 2009. The first legs took place on 11./13./14./20. February 2010 instead. The second legs were held on 19th - 21st February 2010 instead.

Quarterfinals

It took part in the eight winners of the 4th round. The draw for the quarter-finals took place on 23 March 2010 at 11:00 clock instead (GMT 1) in Vienna. The first legs took place on 27-28. March 2010 instead. The return games were on 3/4 Of April 2010.

Semifinal

It was attended by the four winners of the quarter-finals. The draw for the semi-finals took place at 11:00 clock (GMT 2) in Vienna on April 6, 2010. The first legs took place on 24-25. Of April 2010. The return games were on 1/2 Of May 2010.

Final

The first leg was held on 23 May 2010, the return leg on May 28.
