2009–10 Handball-Bundesliga
The 2009/2010 season of the Handball - Bundesliga was the 33rd in its history.
18 teams were playing for the German Cup in 2010. The leader after the 34th Round was German champion in 2010. Titleholder was the THW Kiel. Up for the new season were the TuS N- Lübbecke, the TSV Hannover -Burgdorf and the HSG Dusseldorf.
Seven German clubs were parallel to the German championship in European competitions on after it had won in the previous season, VfL Gummersbach with the EHF Cup a continental cup competition.
German Champion 2010 was the sixteenth time in the club history of THW Kiel. Had to dismount the HSG Dusseldorf and the GWD Minden.
