The Hansol Korea Open 2009, the 6th edition of the hard court tennis tournament for women in Seoul, South Korea. It was a tournament of the International Category of the WTA Tour in 2009. It coincided with the Tashkent Open 2009 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from 19 to 27 September 2009.
Defending champion in the individual was the pairing consisting of Chuang Chia -jung and Hsieh Su -wei Maria Kirilenko and doubles.
In individual Kimiko Date Krumm defeated Anabel Medina Garrigues 6-3, 6-3, in double Chan Yung- jan / Abigail Spears against Carly Gullickson / Nicole Kriz with 6:3, 6:4.
