The Memorial Cup 2009 was the 91st edition of the tournament the same name. Participating teams were the Windsor Spitfires (Ontario Hockey League), the Drummondville Voltigeurs (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League), which automatically qualifies as masters of their respective leagues Kelowna Rockets ( Western Hockey League) and, as a host, the Rimouski Océanic (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League). The tournament took place from 15 to 24 May at the Colisee de Rimouski in Rimouski, Quebec instead.

The Windsor Spitfires won by a final victory against the Kelowna Rockets their first Memorial Cup.
