2009 Open de Moselle

The Open de Moselle 2009, a tennis tournament, which was held in Metz from 21 to 27 September 2009. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2009 and was discharged on hard court. In the same week the BCR Open Romania were played in 2009 in Bucharest, which numbered just like the Open de Moselle to Category ATP World Tour 250.

Defender of the single was Dmitry Tursunov, who did not participate in this year's tournament. This year's final was won by the top-seeded Frenchman Gael Monfils, he beat out the set at number two German Philipp Kohlschreiber. In double Arnaud Clément and Michaël Llodra were the defending champions, who could both win the tournament three times already. They also reached the final again this year, had to be there but the British duo Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski beaten in three sets.

The field of the individual competition consisted of 28 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs. The four top-seeded player in a single each received a bye in the first round.
