2009 World Rally Championship season
The World Rally Championship 2009 was held in a frame of 12 scoring runs from January 28 to October 25. Sébastien Loeb was again, for the sixth time in a row, the driver's world champion. The Citroën Total World Rally Team could also opt for the fifth time, the manufacturers world championship.
