2010–11 Eredivisie
The season 2010/11 Eredivisie was the 56th season of the highest Dutch football league. It began on August 6, 2010 with the meeting of the first matchday Roda JC - FC Twente Enschede and ended on May 15, 2011, the 34th game day. Dutch champion was the 30th anniversary of the AFC Ajax from Amsterdam, after a 3-1 win in a direct duel against FC Twente took the championship lead until the final day. Most frequently at the top was the PSV Eindhoven, who held the championship lead to 24 match days.
The club Willem II Tilburg increased after 24 seasons in the top division directly in the Eerste Divisie from; Excelsior and VVV -Venlo got the class into the relegation games.
