2010 Challenger Banque Nationale de Granby
The National Bank Granby Challenger 2010 was the seventeenth edition of the tennis tournament in Granby, Canada. It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour in 2010 and was held from 24 July to 1 August 2011 outdoors on hard court.
The field of the individual competition consisted of 32 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs. In the individual competition, there was a qualifying round with 16 players, by the four players could qualify for the main draw itself. The prize money of the event was as in the previous year total of $ 50,000.
Winner of the individual competition was the top seed Tobias Kamke German, the Canadian Milos Raonic defeated the unseeded in the final tiebreak of the second set. It was Kamkes first challenger title of his career. Last year's winner Xavier Malisse came into this year not to defend his title.
In doubles, the unseeded pair consisting of the Dane Frederik Nielsen and the Australian Joseph Sirianni won the final against top-seeded Thai brothers Sanchai and Sonchat Ratiwatana. It was Nielsen's eleventh doubles title at Challenger level of his career and the second of the season. For Sirianni it was the ninth Challengertitel in a double of his career and third of the season. It was the third joint of the two titles. The British title holder Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski participated in this year not participate in the tournament.
