2010 IIHF InLine Hockey World Championship

The 14th IIHF Inline Hockey World Championship was held for the first time in Sweden. The venue was the Löfbergs Lila Arena in Karlstad, which had already hosted the Ice Hockey World Championship in 2002.

Participant

The 16 teams were divided as with the previous World Championships, in the Top Division and Division I. From the results of World Cup 2009, the following distribution was obtained:

Austria took part after the rise in the last year at the top division, while Slovakia played after relegation in Division I. There, Argentina and Croatia took the places of last year's relegated South Africa and China. The promoted Croatia sat in July 2009 against three other competitors in the European qualification through.

Preliminary round
