2010 Open de Moselle

The Open de Moselle 2010, a tennis tournament, which was held in Metz from 20th to 26th September. The tournament was part of the ATP World Tour 250 It coincided with the BCR Open Romania 2010 in Bucharest, which is also held as part of the ATP World Tour 250.

The field of individual petition consisted of 28 players ( the four top-seeded players received a bye in the first round ), double that of the petition of 16 pairs.

The French title defender Gaël Monfils did not occur as the second set as well as the fifth- placed Frenchman Michaël Llodra in his first round match. Their common compatriot Richard Gasquet had to retire due to illness after his victory in the quarterfinals. The title was won with Gilles Simon, another Frenchman, the German qualifier Mischa Zverev defeated in the final 6-3, 6-2.

In doubles, the English title holder Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski were knocked out in the quarterfinals. It won the Jamaican Dustin Brown and Rogier Wassen of the Netherlands, their first title on the ATP World Tour after they had already won in August and September 2010, respectively, a tournament of the ATP Challenger Tour together.
