2010 Open Sud de France

The Open Sud de France 2010, a tennis tournament, which was held in Montpellier from 25 to 31 October 2010. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2010 and was held in the indoor hard courts. In the same week the Bank Austria Tennis Trophy and played in St. Petersburg, the St. Petersburg Open in Vienna, which included just like the Open Sud de France to Category ATP World Tour 250.

Defender of the single was Ivan Ljubičić, who penetrated this year reached the final. There he was defeated by locals Gaël Monfils in three sets 2:6, 7:5 and 1:6. This was the first victory of the year for Monfils and his third overall. In doubles, the French duo Julien Benneteau and Nicolas Mahut was the defending champion, but they are no longer together in the tournament acquisitions. In the final, the duo Stephen Huss and Ross Hutchins against Marc López and Eduardo Schwank won in three sets.

The field of the individual competition consisted of 28 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs. The four top-seeded player in singles each got a bye into the second round.
