The season 2011/12 Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja League was the third season of the highest Russian junior league in hockey.

Mode
The 32 teams in the league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja were divided into two conferences before the season according to regional criteria. Each meeting consisted of two Diwisionen each with eight teams.
The four best teams from each Diwision qualified then for the playoffs, in which winners of the Kharlamov Cup was played. For a win within regular time each team received three points with a victory after extra two points with a defeat after extra time there was a point and a defeat after regular time zero points.
