2011 Heineken Open

The Heineken Open 2011 was a tennis tournament, which was held in Auckland from 8 to 15 January 2011. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2011 and was discharged on hard court. In the same week was played in Sydney the Medibank International Sydney, which was one exactly like the Heineken Open to Category ATP World Tour 250.

Defender of the individual was John Isner, who retired this year in the quarterfinals. The winner was David Ferrer, who won the final against David Nalbandian. In doubles, Marcus Daniell and Horia Tecau were the defending champions, but they came in this year with the other partners. The winners Marcel Granollers and Tommy Robredo, who celebrated their second ATP title together.

The field of individual petition consisted of 28 players, double that of the petition of 16 pairs. The four top-seeded player in singles each got a bye into the second round.
