2011 Moselle Open

The Moselle Open 2011 was a tennis tournament, which took place in Metz from 19 to 25 September 2011. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2011 and was held in the indoor hard courts. In the same week the BRD Nastase Ţiriac Trophy was played in Bucharest, which numbered just like the Moselle Open to Category ATP World Tour 250.

Neither the defending champion in singles, Gilles Simon, nor the last year's double winner Dustin Brown and Rogier Wassen competed for the title defense. In the final, the top seed Jo -Wilfried Tsonga prevailed in three sets against Ivan Ljubičić. This was the sixth ATP title of his career, and now the third on French soil. In 2011, it was the first title for him, after he had lost in Rotterdam and at the Queen's Club each in the finals.

In doubles, Jamie Murray and André Sá won by a two- set victory over Lukas Dlouhy and Marcelo Melo the title. This was their first joint title, and both also the first tournament victory in 2011.

The field of individual petition consisted of 28 players, double that of the petition of 16 pairs. The four top-seeded player in singles each got a bye into the second round.
