2011 Power Horse World Team Cup

The 2011 Power Horse World Team Cup was a tennis tournament that was played on Clay Court. It was the 34th edition of the World Cup team and part of the 250 Series of the 2011 ATP World Tour. Was hosted by the Rochus Club in Dusseldorf from 15 to 21 May 2011.

After ARAG was no longer the main sponsor for the 2011 tournament are available, the tournament was canceled first for 2011. In January 2011, Power Horse was found as a new main sponsor, so that the discharge was secured in 2011.

Last year's winner Argentina, won in the red group all games unbeaten and moved into the finals. In the final, Argentina was defeated by Germany 2-1. After an intermediate score of 1-1 after both single Philipp Petzschner and Philipp Kohlschreiber defeated in the decisive doubles the Argentines Juan Ignacio Chela and Máximo González 6:3 and 7:6 and secured Germany as the fifth time the title of the team world champion in tennis.
