2011 PTT Thailand Open

The PTT Thailand Open 2011, a tennis tournament, which was held in Bangkok from 26 September to 2 October 2011. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2011 and was discharged on hard court. In the same week the Malaysian Open was played in Kuala Lumpur, just like the PTT Thailand Open to Category ATP World Tour 250 count.

Defender of the single was Guillermo García López. This difference this time, however, already in the second round of. In this year's top seed Andy Murray singles final of the American Donald Young, who played his first ATP final defeated; Murray thus celebrated his third season and nineteenth career title. Last year's double winner Christopher Kas and Viktor Troicki did not occur to defend their title. In the final, were able to defeat the German pairing of Michael Kohlmann and Alexander Waske Oliver Marach and Aisam -ul- Haq Qureshi in their team debut; for Marach it was the third, Qureshi for the second season title.
