2012–13 A PFG

The A Grupa 2012/13 was the 89th season of the highest Bulgarian football league. The season began on 11 August. For the first time rose four, instead of the previous three teams after the season in the second-class B Grupa from. Thus, the A Grupa is reduced to 14 teams from next season.

1 CSKA Sofia renounced the starting place in the Europa League, which was then occupied by Botev Plovdiv due to financial problems.

2 FK Etar Veliko Tarnovo was punished with 3 points deduction because the team did not show up for the game against FC Chernomorets Burgas. The club from Veliko Tarnovo has stated that they will not also appear against their next opponent, which led to an automatic descent.
