2012–13 CONCACAF Champions League
The CONCACAF Champions League in the 2012/2013 season was the fifth edition of the competition.
The tournament began on 31 July 2012 with the group stage and finished with the second leg of the final on 1 May 2013. The winner qualified for the FIFA Club World Cup in 2013 as a representative of CONCACAF. Starting this season, the qualification phase was abolished, which attended by all 24 participants in the group stage. Therefore, eight groups were formed of three teams, then only the group winners played in the knockout round.

At the CONCACAF Champions League 2012/13 participated 24 teams. The teams came from North America, the Caribbean and Central America.

The matches of the Group Stage took place from July to October, 2012. The first round began on 31 July 2012.

Quarterfinals
The first legs were held on March 14, 2013 March 6, the return games.
For the quarter-finals, the group winners from each group qualified.
The games were not paired, but determined by a set list. At the eight group winners according to their ranking, the numbers were awarded 1 to 8, which is the best group winners received 1, the second best group winners 2 etc. In the second round then played 1-8, 2-7, 3-6 and 4-5, so the best group first against the worst group winners, etc.
Semifinal
The first legs of the semi-finals took place on April 3, 2013. The second legs were played on 10 April 2013.
