2012–13 EIHL season
The 2012/13 season was the tenth season of the Elite Ice Hockey League, the highest British Hockey League. First the regular season and thus British Champion were the Nottingham Panthers, which also prevailed in the playoffs.

Mode
In the regular season, each of the ten teams played a total of 52 games. The winner was British Champion. The top eight teams qualified for the playoffs, where the playoff winner was played. For a victory after regular time and overtime after each team won two points for a defeat after overtime or shootout one point and one defeat after regular time zero points.
