The Umaghlessi League 2012/13 was the 24th season of the highest Georgian league in men's football. It began on 10 August 2012 and ended in May 2013. Titleholder is Metalurgi Rustavi.

First round
In the first round of the season from 12 clubs play a double round. The six bestplatziertesten clubs then move into the Masters round, while the 6 most ill-placed teams with the four best of the second-rate Pirveli League play off relegation round.

Championship round
The top six clubs in the first round to reach the championship round where it goes next to the Championship also to the international courts in the European Cup. Here all results are taken from the first round and played another double round.

The six most ill-placed clubs in the first round of play in the relegation round to avoid relegation. Here all results are taken from the first round and the teams play another round of double, after descending the two last-place teams in the league Pirveli.
