2012 Copa Sony Ericsson Colsanitas
The Copa BBVA Colsanitas 2012 was a tennis clay court tournament for women in Bogotá. It was a tournament of the International Category of the WTA Tour in 2012. The tournament took place from 13 to 19 February 2012.
Defending champion Lourdes Domínguez Lino in the individual was, she retired earlier this year from in the second round. The tournament won Lara Arruabarrena- Vecino against Alexandra Panova, the so celebrated her first WTA title. In the doubles were Edina Gallovits -Hall and Anabel Medina Garrigues, the defending champions. Medina Garrigues went to not re Gallovits- Hall reached the semi-finals with Karin Knapp. The top-seeded pairing of Eva Birnerova and Alexandra Panova decided the final against Mandy Minella and Stefanie Voegele in itself.
