2012 Moselle Open

The Moselle Open 2012 was a tennis tournament, which took place in Metz from 17 to 23 September 2012. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2012 and was held in the indoor hard courts. In the same week were in St. Petersburg, the St. Petersburg Open played that counted just like the Moselle Open to Category ATP World Tour 250.

Defender of the single was Jo -Wilfried Tsonga, who took top seeds in this year. He also reached the finals once again and secured with a clear two- set victory over Andreas Seppi his second title in Metz. In doubles, the defending champion Jamie Murray and André Sá were, but they divorced in the first round. In the final, Nicolas Mahut and Edouard Roger -Vasselin won against Johan Frederik Nielsen and Brunström. This was the third season title of the French duo, the two previous titles they won also in French indoor hard-court tournaments.

The field of the individual competition consisted of 28 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs. The four top-seeded player in a single each received a bye into the second round.
