2012 Premier League Snooker

The PartyPoker.com Premier League Snooker 2012 was a snooker tournament, which was held from August 16th to November 25th, 2012 at various locations in England.

Tournament winner was the Englishman Stuart Bingham by a 7-2 final against Judd Trump. Defending champion from last year was Ronnie O'Sullivan, who renounced this year to participate.

Format

The tournament was played with ten players and at ten places in England. They played six frames, even a draw was possible. The top four players in the group stage played in the final round to win the tournament in knockout mode.

  • Semi-finalists: £ 12,500
  • Frame Win: £ 1,000
  • Century Break: £ 1000
  • Highest Break: £ 5000
  • Maximum Break: £ 25,000
  • Total: £ 210,000

All games in which Stephen Lee was involved, were invalid due to the provisional suspension of the player. For this reason, the players in group 2 each have a game less than the players from Group 1 denied.

The top two players from each group qualified for the final round.
