2012 Rally Catalunya
The 48th Rally of Catalonia ( Spain) took place until November 11, 2012 from 8. A total of 18 special stages were run on asphalt and gravel in most wet operations.

Day 1 ( Friday, November 9 )
After the first day led Mads Østberg (Ford ) to the Rally Catalunya. Due to heavy rains there were many turners, as well as Jari -Matti Latvala and Ott Tanak. For Thierry Neuville ( Citroën) and Petter Solberg (Ford ), the day was over after the special stage 2. Both met a stone, the suspension broke. Sébastien Loeb ( Citroen ) won the fifth special stage, he improved to second overall and gave chase Østbergs. Evgeny Novikov (Ford) won the fourth WP, put his car in WP 5 in the ditch and got back on time. Østberg stayed as overall leader with 27.2 seconds ahead of Loeb, Hirvonen and Latvala behind.
Day 2 ( Saturday, November 10 )
After two slips and the wrong tire choice of Østberg Loeb took the lead ahead of Latvala. In the special stage 9 Loeb continues despite muddy roads ( rain again ) from. Loeb was in the lead by 27 seconds ahead of Latvala and 47 seconds on team-mate Hirvonen.
Day 3 ( Sunday, November 11 )
His last full WRC season ended Sebastien Loeb off with a win. He was followed by Jari -Matti Latvala with a delay of 7 seconds. Third place went Mikko Hirvonen, the vice - world champion. Latvala in the World Cup on the 3rd place and best Ford driver lost on a Loeb 116 World Cup points.
