2012 World Orienteering Championships
The 29th World Orienteering Championships were held from 14 to 21 July 2012 in and around Lausanne ( Switzerland).
Switzerland was the third time the venue of the World Orienteering Championships. 1981 found the World Championships in Thun held in 2003 in Rapperswil.
