2012 World Seniors Championship
The Wyldecrest Park Homes World Seniors Championship 2012 was a snooker tournament, which was held in Portsmouth on 27 to 28 October 2012 at the Mountbatten Centre.
Defending champion Darren Morgan of Wales, in turn, reached the semifinals, he lost 0-2 against Nigel Bond.
In the final, Bond finally sat 2-0 against Tony Chappel.

The invitational tournament was held Tour of the snooker season 2012/13 as part of the Main. The tournament, which took place before 1991, was revived in 2010. 2012 thus saw the tournament 's fourth edition.
Condition of participation in the tournament is that players are older than 45 years.
12 players participated at the invitation of WPBSA, including mostly former world champion or other popular and successful in the past players. Four participants were determined at a qualifying tournament.

The four qualifying places were contested among 28 participants. The games were played in best-of- 3 mode and took place in Sheffield on 30 September.
