2013 ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament

The ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament 2013 was a tennis tournament which was held in Rotterdam from 11 to 17 February 2013. It was part of the ATP World Tour in 2013 and was held in the indoor hard courts. In the same week the Brasil Open was played in San Jose SAP Open as well as in São Paulo. These included, in contrast to the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament, which belonged to Category ATP World Tour 500, only to Category ATP World Tour 250

Defender of the single was Roger Federer, who was eliminated in straight sets in the quarterfinals to eventual finalist Julien Benneteau. Despite strong performance throughout the week, the Frenchman lost the final against Argentina's Juan Martín del Potro in straight sets with 7:62 and 6:3. In doubles, Michaël Llodra and Nenad Zimonjic were the defending champions. Zimonjic won with his new partner Robert Lindstedt against Thiemo de Bakker and the duo Jesse Huta Galung 5:7, 6:3 and [ 10:3 ] and thus defended his title from last year. Michaël Llodra, however, took this year will not participate in the tournament.
