2013 Gulf Cup of Nations
The 21 Golf Cup was held from 5 to 18 January 2013 Bahrain instead. A total of eight teams participated.

Mode
The eight teams are divided into two groups of four teams. The two group winners and runners- up qualify for the next round. Knockout system is then played.
Draw
- The draw took place on 18 October 2012.
- The eight teams will be drawn into two groups. The group header of group A is Bahrain ( as host ) and the head of Group B is Kuwait (as defending champions ). The remaining six teams will be divided according to their position in the FIFA world rankings.
