2014 Sundance Film Festival

The 30th Sundance Film Festival was held from 16 January to 26 January 2014 in Park City, Utah instead. The films were shown in movie theaters in Salt Lake City, Ogden and Sundance, in each case in the U.S. state of Utah.

For the first time 12218 films were submitted, 72 more than in 2013. Among the 4057 submitted films were 121 selected. Of the films were internationally in 2014 from the United States and 2043. Of the 8161 short films submitted, 66 were selected. At this year's festival for the first time debuted 54 filmmakers from 37 countries.

The award ceremony took place on January 26, 2014 held in Park City and was moderated by Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally.
