2015 World Women's Handball Championship

The 22nd Men's Handball World Championship for Women will be held in December 2015 in Denmark. A total of 24 teams compete. It is organized by International Handball Federation (IHF ).

Host

After South Korea has withdrawn his application, the Danish Handball Federation (DHF ) was the only candidate to host the games. So in Malmö, the Council of the International Handball Federation (IHF ) awarded on 27 January 2011, the Women's World Cup 2015 at the DHF.

Qualification

At the tournament, 24 teams will take part. Automatically qualify are Brazil as world champion in 2013 and Denmark as host. In the Africa Cup 2014 Tunisia qualified, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Angola.
