(207 ) Hedda is an asteroid of the inner main asteroid belt, which was discovered on October 17, 1879 by Johann Palisa.

The name is derived from Hedwig, wife of astronomer Friedrich August Theodor Winnecke.

Hedda moves at a distance of 2.2178 ( perihelion ) to 2.3499 ( aphelion ) astronomical units in 3.4515 years of the sun. The orbit is inclined 3.8034 ° to the ecliptic, the orbital eccentricity is 0.0289.
