(236 ) Honoria is an asteroid of the main asteroid belt, which was discovered on April 26, 1884 by Johann Palisa.

It was named after Justa Grata Honoria celestial bodies, the granddaughter of the Eastern Roman Emperor Theodosius, the negotiations had taken with Attila the Hun.
