( 2554 ) Skiff is an asteroid of the main belt, which was discovered on 17 July 1980 by the American astronomer Edward LG Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station (IAU code 688 ) of the Lowell Observatory in Coconino County.

The asteroid was named after the American astronomer Brian A. Skiff. The staff at the LONEOS project took place in 2003, the lost asteroid ( 69230 ) Hermes again and discovered beyond several comets and asteroids.
