(267 ) Tirza is an asteroid of the main asteroid belt, which was discovered on 25 July 1887 by Auguste Charlois at Nice Observatory. Tirza was the first of 99 asteroids discovered the Charlois from Nice.

The asteroid is named after the biblical figure Tirzah.

Tirza moves at a distance of 2.4901 ( perihelion ) to 3.0571 ( aphelion ) astronomical units in 4.6193 years of the sun. The orbit is inclined 6.0117 ° to the ecliptic, the orbital eccentricity is 0.1022.
