270 Park Avenue

JP Morgan World Headquarters, also known under the name of his address 270 Park Avenue, is a skyscraper in the U.S. metropolis of New York, which was completed in 1960 after a construction period of two years. The building has a height of 215 meters. All of the 52 floors of the building used exclusively for office space to complete. The well-known American architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill ( SOM also short ) designed the office tower, which is located in midtown Manhattan. Initially, the building was planned and constructed for The Union Carbide Company. Meanwhile, it passed into possession to the bank JPMorgan Chase & Co. and was then named.

At present ( 2014) is the 40th highest of the city's buildings.
