2Cellos a Croatian cellist duo consisting of Luka and Stjepan Hauser Šulić.

Life

Luka Šulić ( born August 25, 1987 in Maribor) and Stjepan Hauser ( born June 15, 1986 in Pula) who met in Zagreb at the Academy of Music. Šulić was at that time with its 15 years, the youngest music student in the history of the Academy of Music in Zagreb. This was followed by a semester abroad in Vienna and at the Royal Academy of Music in London and the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.

Career

2Cellos gained international notoriety by publishing self-made videos on YouTube, including Smooth Criminal. The first album was released in 2011. It includes songs by U2, Nirvana, Coldplay and Sting. This was followed by global appearances at festivals and concerts, and a joint tour with Elton John. 2Cellos also had a guest appearance on the American television series Glee, and were featured in numerous U.S. shows, among others, on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. In 2013 they released their second album " In2ition ".
